Account Warranty
All accounts include a 12-hour warranty period starting from the time of purchase.
If an account is:

- Inaccessible
- Already linked
- Not functioning as advertised upon delivery
the issue must be reported within the 12-hour warranty window.
Any claim submitted after the warranty period expires will be denied.
Approved claims will be compensated through store credit only.
Note: BM Market does not offer any extended 3-day warranty.
Required Login Proof
Customers are required to record the complete login process when accessing their purchased account.
The recording must clearly show:
- Login/sign-in attempt
- Errors or issues encountered
- The account access problem
Failure to provide valid video proof will result in:
- Immediate denial of refund/store credit requests
- No further support regarding the claim
Screenshots may not be accepted as sufficient proof.
Support Ticket Requirements
When opening a support ticket, customers must provide accurate information including:
- Purchase email
- Valid invoice/order ID
- Explanation of the issue
- Required proof
Tickets created with fake emails, random invoice IDs, or incorrect purchase details will be closed immediately.
No 2FA Accounts
Accounts listed as No 2FA are sold with the understanding that security issues may occur. BM Market is not responsible for account locks, verification requests, recovery prompts, or security restrictions. Customers purchasing No 2FA accounts do so at their own discretion. No refunds or compensation will be provided for No 2FA accounts affected by security actions.
Low-Cost Account Policy
Refunds and warranty claims do not apply to accounts purchased for under $2 USD. All purchases under this amount are final sale.
7. Account Usage Rules
Customers agree not to:
- Resell accounts without permission
- Attempt to recover previous ownership
- Commit fraud
- Abuse warranty claims
- File false disputes
- Use accounts for illegal activity
Violation of these rules may result in
- Loss of support
- Permanent restriction from services

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Chargebacks should only be used when a legitimate issue cannot be resolved. Before opening a dispute, customers must contact support.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

- Loss of future purchase ability

All support for purchases must be handled through the official BM Market Discord server.
Support is available for purchase-related issues. Customers should provide:

- Proof when required
Support may be refused if the customer:

- Provides false information
- Fails to provide required proof

13. Payment
BM Market is strict when it comes to sending money for your order. Please make sure to follow each step correctly, steps and explanation will be show to every order you make for every customer so there should be 0 issue doing any transaction. If for whatever reason you make an error through the checkout page to send us money for example Sending Crypto to the wrong address, sending incorrect amount on money, adding in the wrong note for (Cashapp, Paypal, Venmo, ETC) Thie's transactions will NOT Be Refunded! if there are any questions or concerns you are more than welcome to open a ticket inside our discord / website.
